1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of here4youwins and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• You must have a valid UK address for prize delivery.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Paid Entry

You may purchase tickets to enter our competitions. Each ticket represents one entry. Ticket prices and bundle discounts are displayed on each competition page.

3.2 Free Postal Entry

In accordance with UK law, a free entry route is available for all competitions. To enter for free, send a postcard with your name, email, phone number, competition name, and your answer to the skill question to our postal address. Full details are available on our Free Entry page.

3.3 Skill Question

All entries must include a correct answer to the skill question to be valid. This is a legal requirement for UK prize competitions.

4. Prize Draws

• Draws take place at the advertised closing date and time, or when all tickets are sold, whichever is sooner.
• Winners are selected at random using a certified random number generator.
• All draws are conducted fairly and may be live-streamed for transparency.
• Winners will be contacted via the email and phone number provided within 48 hours.

5. Prizes

• Prizes are as described on the competition page and are non-transferable.
• Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Prize delivery will be arranged within 28 days of the draw.

6. Claiming Your Prize

• Winners must respond to our notification within 14 days to claim their prize.
• Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after the claim period.
• Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities.

7. Refunds

Competition entries are non-refundable once purchased. In the unlikely event that a competition is cancelled, all entries will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted. Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for any tax implications of winning.
