here4youwins is committed to preventing its services from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes. We maintain robust AML and CTF policies and procedures in compliance with UK law and regulations.
We work closely with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, including the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Terrorism Act 2000.
All users must complete identity verification before participating in prize draws. This includes:
- Full name and date of birth verification
- Valid email address and UK mobile number
- Proof of address for UK residency
- Age verification (18+ only)
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify identity and prevent fraud.
We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity, including:
- Unusual payment patterns or large transactions
- Multiple accounts from the same individual
- Transactions from high-risk jurisdictions
- Attempts to circumvent verification procedures
Suspicious activity will be reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) as required by UK law.
We maintain comprehensive records of all user transactions, identity verification documents, and communications for a minimum of 5 years, in compliance with UK regulatory requirements.
These records may be made available to law enforcement or regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
All here4youwins staff receive regular training on AML and CTF procedures, including:
- Recognition of suspicious activity
- Proper verification procedures
- Reporting requirements and procedures
- Data protection and confidentiality
Users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Use only their own payment methods for entries
- Not allow others to use their account
- Cooperate with verification requests
- Report any suspicious activity to us immediately
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of prizes.
